Refer a Friend: Rules

• The referee will get one entry into our Quarterly Candidate Raffle for each referred candidate that we qualify.
  
• The candidate cannot refer himself/herself. He/she does, however, can qualify for an entry in the "Post or Update Your Résumé" program.
  
• The referee must have had previous contact with the candidate; blind referrals are prohibited.
  
• The candidate must be phone-screened by a Key IT employee to verify that he/she is a qualified candidate. A "qualified candidate" means he/she:
  

  –	Has work experience in the IT field.
  –	Is not already in our proprietary database.
  –	Gives his/her permission to be added to our confidential database.
  –	Is able to work in the United States.

Post or Update Your Résumé: Rules

• A new candidate will receive an entry for the initial posting of his/her résumé.
  
• The candidate will also receive an entry for updating his/her résumé.
  
• The candidate can update his/her résumé as many times as he/she likes; however, he/she will only get one entry in our Quarterly Candidate Raffle per quarter.
  
• By posting his/her résumé to the Key IT, the candidate gives his/her permission to be added to the database.
  
• The candidate must be phone-screened by an Key IT employee to verify that he/she is a qualified candidate. A "qualified candidate" means he/she:
  

  –	Has work experience in the IT field.
  –	Is not already in our proprietary database.
  –	Is able to work in the United States.

Quarterly Candidate Raffle

Prize

• The winner will receive through certified mail one gift certificate for $1,200 to a national major electronics store.
  
• As the winner selects how he/she wishes to use the gift certificate, Key IT is not responsible for lost, faulty or graphically explicit products.
  
• The winner is responsible for all additional costs if the cost of the order (including tax, shipping, warranties, installation and any other add-ons) exceeds the value of the gift certificate.
  

Drawing Process

• Entries will include those who participated in the "Refer a Friend" or "Post or Update Your Résumé" contests.
  
• One winner will be selected at random from a drawing at our headquarters.
  
• The raffle will take place on the first Wednesday of the following months: March, June, September and December.
  
• The first raffle will be held on June 6, 2007.
  
• If federal holidays or adverse weather conditions intervene, the raffle will take place on the following business day.
  

How the Winner Will Be Contacted

• The winner will be contacted at the phone number provided in his/her résumé profile.
  
• The prize will be shipped to the address listed in the winner's database profile.
  
• The shipping address for the prize must be in the United States.
  

Other

• Key IT has the right to disclose the winner's initials and his/her state of residence on our Web site (as well as any announcements of our choosing).
  
• Key IT reserves the right to discontinue this promotion or change the rules at any point.

Refer a Company: Rules

• For each referred job opening that results in the hiring of a candidate that was submitted by Key IT within six months of the referral, we will pay $250 to the referee or make a $250 donation in the name of the referee to his/her charity of choice.
  
• The position that is filled must be a permanent position or a contract assignment of at least three months in duration.
  
• The referee must fill out the complete lead registration form.
